TrueSMB started as a one-person operation targeting small businesses in New York and New Jersey. The mission was simple: make digital marketing accessible and genuinely effective for small business owners who were being ignored by big agencies and overcharged by inexperienced ones.

Five years later, TrueSMB has grown into an eight-person team focused exclusively on internet marketing and website design for small businesses — with a particular expertise in home service companies.
